Just trying to sort out these all in my mind, so all help is greatly appreciated!Okay, so first off, I'm trying to decide which boys name is my number 1 boys name! Cause I've been wavering on which I like the most, and I like to have that number one name that if I were to have a baby now this would be its name. (I don't know why, but it matters in my mind). For the longest time, Liam was it. I adore Liam Alexander, sounds soooo handsome!! But then, I decided William Alexander would be it. Which I like, but he'd end up Liam anyways. Then, it was Chase Nikolai. Chase has this certain feel to it that I just love. And Nikolai... not only do I adore how it sounds, looks, and feels, but I also love how it honors my grandparents! On my mum's side, their last name is wicked close to Nikolai, so it'd be a great way to honor him! But then... I adore Eli at the moment as well! Eli Christopher has this feel to it that I love.. makes me think of a handsome, sporty little guy! And it just feels nice. In the SSA charts, Liam is number 30 in rankings, and William is number 5. Eli is number 65 (Elias 141, Elian is 793, Eliot is 962, Elliot 302, Elijah is 18. Just to have a feel for other forms of Eli to make its popularity differ
). And Chase is 66 So Liam I am kinda veering away from, cause I dislike how insanely popular both William and Liam both are. Eli isn't horribly popular, though one of its longer variations is quite popular. And Chase isn't horribly popular either. Idk. I'm open to all opinions on this! <3Secondly- Katya! I'm starting to adore this name again! I've always been back and forth on it, but I am really liking it now! Katya Sophia would probably be the combo. It is quite unique, not even entering the top 1000 names of the SSA charts for any of the past ten years (and probably never before that). Yet it isn't a weird name, or out there. It's gorgeously Russian (I have a thing for a few Russian names <3). But, I will only use it if I can call her Kate. Katie is optional, but I adore the nick name Kate and I feel Kate and Katya would be much to close as siblings. I think Kat would be the nick name for Katya, but I don't care for Kat very much and I've always adored Kate. My bf said he would never use Kate on it's own (though I have been keeping in mind that by the time I have a kiddo I can't predict if he'll be there or not <3). So he said he likes Katelyn, but one of my close friends names is Kaitlin so that'd be too close. I have thought of Katherine, but I don't like it half as much. So what do you think? Katya nick name Kate?
And lastly, Marley! On the poll choices above, I made it multiple choice so you can vote for whichever ones you think sound nice. I'm at a dilemma with Marley though, because I don't really like any of the names above with Marley. I feel like those styles of names are the ones that fit with Marley, because Marley Isabel or Marley Genevieve feels like the styles would clash. If that makes sense lol!
Marley has never been on my list before, and I used to dislike it until watching Marley and me enough times. And then where I work there's a toddler named Marley and she is the most adorable little thing! <3 So I want to add it to my list, but I have no idea what names to put with it :/ I like Gemma Marley, but do the styles clash? I like Ava Marley, but I prefer Ava Scarlett to Ava Marley. I like Marley Fern a lot, but Fern is a guilty pleasure. And yeah, haha!Thank you soooooo much or any and all help for this!
