My husband and I are adopting a baby boy due in May. This will be our first child after 4.5 years of infertility. We have had many names we loved be used by family/friends over the years, and we're pretty confident in the name options/combinations that we like, but are having a hard time narrowing them down to one. I tend to be an over-thinker... Please help!

It most likely will end up being one of these two options:

Owen Briggs

Briggs Owen

But we also like these names:

Brody Mack

Bryce Wyatt

Brock

Beckham

And our future girl name choice is Brenna Paige.

If we choose Owen, and future siblings are "B" names (oddly, it's what we gravitate towards), will he feel left out? Will it look dumb on a Christmas card? LOL

Thanks!

Brent "Butch" & Jessica S.

I think Owen Briggs flows better, but personally I really love the name Briggs! I say use Briggs Owen, it's a little more uncommon than Brody, Brock, and Beckham, but not easy to pronounce and easily remembered. I love Briggs, but you can't go wrong either way! (Briggs and Brenna are adorable together)

I'm sooooo excited for you Jessie!

I think Briggs is super cute, but I prefer the flow of Owen Briggs over Briggs Owen. (plus you avoid the initials BO).  You could always go with Owen Briggs and call him Briggs and that way you would use ONLY Briggs on your holiday cards :)

EDIT: I should have read the last post first!!!   CONGRATS Jessie!!!!!!!  What are you calling him?

Sad update y'all... We spent 24 glorious days with him, and his mom decided to parent and move out of state to live with her mom... and she kept our name :-/ Back to the drawing board!
