Etta Beatrice

I am liking this name more and more every time I see it.

Seems so sweet but yet edgy.

I don't know anyone with the name Etta, so that bumps it up on my list of "must use".

Thoughts?

Etta is cute, a nice alternative of Elle/Ella, though I personally could only see it on an older woman. Beatrice is a pretty classic, not my most favorite like Florence or Charlotte but still nice and due for a come back :)

I love Etta! Were you on Nameberry recently? I became acquainted with Etta on there just recently! Recently as in today or last night or something lol.. Anywho! I think its super pretty! And honestly, I'd love to see it get more use! I've had enough of people using Ella and Emma, they should go for Etta! (though tbh, thats mainly because I adore Emma and Ella but don't want them to be so darn popular  ).

I'm not a huge Beatrice fan, but its a good girls name none the less! Another name I'd love to see raise in popularity! This is one of those good girls names that I'm not particularly a fan of, but its still good - which is why I'd like to see it more used. (another case of I want the names I love to be less popular and replaced with good names I'm not a fan of! :P ).

Don't mind me there, haha! Etta Beatrice is a nice combo, and it'd also sound nice with Hayes Montgomery :)

GL!

Remy, it's like you know me so well! I was, and still am, on nameberry! I was reading it and saw that Carson Daly and his girlfriend welcomed their daughter sometime within last week who gave her the name Etta Jones Daly. No, it's not because I want to follow the trail of celebrity baby name, I really love this name. I adore Ella  but the downer is that I know 11 Ella's. <_<

I just love Nameberry!! I love reading the blog so much <3 Always interesting info :) I always check at least twice a day for updates and whatever :) I saw that! I am so happy they named her that too.. I hope they begin a trend! ;) But I can see why you'd love it so much, its honestly very beautiful! I bet Ettie could still even make a very cute nick name (in the ways of Emma = Emmy, Ella = Ellie). Though I like Etta as it is. Etta could even be a nick name to another name, like Rosetta, Carletta, Annabetta, etc. I adore Ella too... but even though I don't know many Ella's personally, I know there are many out there. (Stats don't lie, unfortunately). I'm not letting it take away from its beauty for me, as I know Mike loves the name. And I guess I'll use a name no matter the popularity, as long as Mike and I truly adore it. But I do like the idea of using a name a tad more unique ;) I love how Etta is unique but not out there. A real, underused name :)

I actually like this! Which is odd. I'm honestly not fond of Beatrice, but I think it might be growing on me
