I really love this name (sis-uh-lee), with the nickname Sealie. What do you think? Which spelling? Thanks!

I wouldn't use the spelling Sicily unless you're going for a total destination baby name. I love the spelling Cecily the most but from your picks I would say Cicily comes in second.

Not at all. Most people will associate it with the Cecily spelling anyway.

I'd pronounce Cicely and Cecily differently: Cicely (sis-uh-lee) and Cecily (ses-uh-lee).

Laugh-Dream-Love, I agree. But to me Cecily looks more appealing, if it won't be too confusing. Addison, I really like Cecily Anneliese and Cecily Amelia!! Thank y'all!

I would be confused, but I live in the UK so pronunciations are different here.

Cecily Amelia is pretty. I also like Cecily Winona and Cecily Vivian.

I love in the US, so I could get away with it being not so confusing, probably. I adore Cecily Amelia!! Thank you!

I live in the US, and I pronounce Cicely and Cecily differently. Cicely would be SIS-el-ee, and Cecily would be SESS-el-ee. For the pronunciation you want, my favorite spelling is Cicely.

I live in America and I would pronounce Cicely (SEE-Seel-EE) (maybe it's just me) and Sicily the way that you want it pronounced. I would go with Sicily.
