My husband and I have descussed baby names and I like Brianna and Savannah , but he doesn't like Brianna so now he told me that we can make a deal that one of the girls will be Brianna and one Ariel. What do I do????

I really love music and even got accepted to the Mason Gross School of Performing Arts at Rutgers University (my alma mater) for vocal performance. Unfortunately performance life was not for me, so I went into English Lit and French instead. Music is still a big part of my life, and I like a multitude of musical genres from Reggae to Rock to Opera. I've seen Carmen and La bohème each twice. (And I cry every time.) My husband and I also have a special place in our hearts for The Beatles.

Are you having twins? Even if you're not, I'd really would suggest searching for name(s) that you both like. If it's twins, then maybe you give one a first name and he gives it the middle name. And vice versa for the second baby. That might be a good compromise.

If you've still got time, I'd do a bit more searching till you find a name (or two) you both like and agree on. If for some reason you can't or don't want to do it, I like Cait's suggestion of you picking one baby's first name and the other baby's middle name and vice-versa.

Yeah,they're both right.Find a name that you both like.It doesn't have to be your favourite name in the world,but a name that sounds nice to you.
