Please vote! I took away two of the choices.

The names that have changed since this was posted are in bold!

The only names that are completely set in stone are Pippa and Aoibh. I'm thinking a laid-back name for Poseidon.

Phillipa Paige Johnson nn. Pippa - Athena. 15 years old. She has long black hair and bright green eyes. About 5 foot tall. She is very intelligent and always has a plan even if it's the fly-by-the-seat-of-your-pants plan. She loves to learn and has always done well in school. She was always different from her family and ends up begging to go to a boarding school. An amazing fighter. Originally from Ohio.

Aoibheinn (prn. EE-vin) nn. Aoibh (EE-v) - Centaur. She has white-blonde hair and violet eyes. Is kind and worries a lot. Is very mothering to Pippa. She is clumsy on her feet but her upper body movements are very graceful.

??? Jade Parker - Aphrodite. 15 years old. Long, blonde hair and sparkling blue eyes. She has super model good looks and is very tall. Loves to wear skirts and dresses. She is very steriotypical Aphrodite. She is from Conneticut. Many people underestimate her but she is quick and intelligent. She is an amazing archer. Her parents are very wealthy and don't really pay attention to her.

William ?? Sheppard nn. Will - Zeus. 15 years old. Short, sandy brown hair and grey eyes. He is tall with broad shoulders. Kind but easily angered. A natural leader. He usually acts before he thinks but can work himself back out of trouble. He is best with a spear. He was orphaned a few years before and bounced from foster home to foster home. Originally from South Dakota.

Ezekiel ??? ??? nn. Zeke - Poseidon. 15 years old. Shaggy, Blonde hair and sea-foam green eyes. Tall with long limbs. He loves to surf. Originally from California. He is always tan and never wears anything but shorts and t-shirts. Carefree and laid-back. Protective of the other kids.

??? ??? ???? - Hades. 16 years old. Stereotypical Hades. He has black hair that hangs into his dark brown eyes. He is moody and dark. Originally from New York City. Dresses in black the majority of the time. Has a bad habit of sneaking up on people. His parents are very hippie-ish. They don't approve of him but don't really care what he does.

I voted for Aurora (I love that name, but Aurora is actually a Greek goddess of the dawn so it might be misleading). My second choice would be Seraphina. I voted for Dex for Hades (not Dexter though, just Dex). I love Dashiell, but maybe that for Zeus?

As for Poseidon, how about: Mo, Slade, Nate, Benno, Robbie, Warren, Paulie, Vinnie, Adam, Ian...

Another thing, if these characters are supposed to resemble the Greek gods, Athena is always called the gray eyed goddess...check out The Iliad and The Odyssey. So you might want to make Pippa have gray eyes?

For Hades, I think Dashiell has more of a hippy feel to it while I still consider Dexter a nerdy name and I couldn't see Hades as nerdy.

For Aphrodite, I voted for Valentina mostly because its an obvious connection but also because it is exotic as well as beautiful and would fit the character discription very well.



For Poseidon, What about Ezekiel "Zeke", Freddie, Theodore "Theo", Ryan, Oisin, Wade , Pike, Gulliver, Sonny, Sandy for Alexander, Trey (For Trident, three).

LN For Zeus: Barron, King, Lord, Sheppard, Goddard

JocelynM- I thought about making Pippa have green eyes but Athena isn't really evident until Pippa turns 16. When Athena is very evident in Pippa's decisions and such her eyes do turn grey.
They really don't resemble the gods but the gods do have a type of person that they pick to inhabit. Sorry if I was vague.

I voted for Anastasia for Aphrodite, because it's a really pretty name, and it could have loads of nicknames.
I think that Valentina is too close to the job of Aphrodite, and I don't really like the name either.
I think either Anastasia or Aurora would be good.

I also like the nn. Dash for Hades, it sounds like someone who is always getting into trouble, and is very energetic.

Now that I think about it I like Aurora Jade best nn. Rory, it just seems to suit her character so much. That's just my opinion though (:

That's actually quite cool. I like the idea of having Justice as the middle name, seeing as he's Hades and all that. If you like it I think you should use it. It sounds good.
