I have a new name infatuation. I can't seem to get the name Astrid off my mind. What are your opinions on this name?
And what would you pair it with? So far I haven't found any combos I absolutely love, but here's the best of what I've come up with:

Astrid Hazel
Astrid Lucinda
Astrid Louisa
Astrid Caroline

Astrid is adorable!

Astrid Marie
Astrid Stella
Astrid Kate
Astrid Belle

I would go with a more feminine middle name. GL

I don't like Astrid. It sounds harsh. :-)

Thanks so much, guys!

Megan, out of your suggestions, I like Astrid Eleanor the most. Eleanor is such a pretty, royal-sounding name and I think it suits Astrid really nicely. I also like Astrid Vanessa.

Alyse, I like Astrid Marie! Marie is also a family name for me, so that's cool. But it is a very plain name to me, so I would want to add a second middle name with it. (:

Remy, I love Astrid Willow! I also really like Astrid Vivienne! I have thought about the teasing potential... it's a shame, and I would probably never use this name because of it. But I do love it. Maybe I'll name my dog Astrid someday. (;

To be honest, I'd totally use Astrid anyway! Its just Mike wouldn't let it happen... oh well. The teasing potential doesn't ruin the beauty of the name to me, tbh! Plus it as the adorable association of How To Train Your Dragon!! :) And I love Astrid Willow as well, and Astrid Vivienne!
