I know Lalibela is a city in Ethiopia, but I think it would be a cool girls name? Pronounced, lah-lee-bel-a.

Lalibela.. definitely not my style. I can see it on a story character or something. Buuut, I dislike it!

It sounds childish :) Like, the lah-lee just doesn't seem like it'd age at all :/ and Bela is a beautiful name, but especially paired with Lali it sounds very very young. I can't personally picture someone older than eight with this name, sorry! It may just be me personally, though <3

I dislike how it sounds outloud as well! It looks kinda cool and spunky, but sounds awkward out loud <3

Oh, and by the way, I love your name! Saoirse is on my favorites list!!! :)

Thanks! I have an older sister named Seonaid (shone-ah). Both my parents are from Ireland but I moved to the states when I was two. I've been keeping with the Gaelic theme with my little ones.

I agree with Hayden. Lalibela sounds really childish and I don't think it will age well. Saoirse is a gorgeous name, and so are Fiona and Siobhan.
