A few years ago, I wrote a fantasy story about a character named Asa Tesserat. She is a very strong, sometimes intimidating leader, and I felt that the name fit her perfectly.

I'm continuing the story a few generations down the line, and I need another strong female name. It doesn't have to have 'strong' as the meaning, just needs to sound strong. I'd also like it to be a bit unusual, as this is a fantasy story.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

Yes, the last name will likely be Tesserat, or she will have a hyphenated last name.

I LOVE Adalais! Except it would make me want to say "Ad uh lace" I suppose I can take poetic license if its my story, right? ;)

I also really like Castia and Britta
