The only thing that bugs me is that it looks like Christina.
Do you think people would mistake it as Christina or is it clear that its not pronounced that way?
Also, any nicknames besides chrissy/christa etc.?

I was also thinking about Christi, its growing on me.
Okay, so for nicknames I've got Ana/Anna (maybe 2 nn's idk), Chrissa & Christi.
I think I like Chrissa the best, then Ana and then Christi, but I'm not sure yet (I change my mind all the time )
Thanks for the help with the nicknames everyone!

Hehehe, the name makes me think of Hamlet (haha, funny book....)
But I think it's really nice. Nick names for Christiana, I would think, besides Chrissy would be:
~ Riss
~ Tiana
~ Ana
~ Anie
~ Tia
~ Chri (like Kreee?)
~ Istie
Not sure how valid they are, but a nick name is a nick name, doesn't have to be realistic
Hope I helped!

I like the soud of it, but I dont know if I personally would use it.
I like the idea of Riss, maybe Rissa? I dont even know if that works or not!
Ha. Oh well. I'm adding it to the nickname list.

One of my best friends who was my roommate in college is named Christiana. (I also had another roommate named Kristina) Christiana went by Christi. I also like the idea of Ana or Tia for a nn. With such a long name you'd want a short middle name to got with it.
We had the same roommates, and I know that almost everyone gets her name wrong at first meeting. And yes, they usually mistake it for Christina. But I don't think it was too big of a hassel for her to correct them. If someone asked the spelling, she would usually say it is like Christian with an A.

Yes, I'm sure there would be some people that would assume it's "Christina", but I don't think it looks like it's supposed to be pronounced Christina.

I could get over the whole Christina thing, I guess, its not too big of a deal to have to correct people!
