Georgeanna to me seems like the alphabet. I have seen it spelled with a J, which softens it a bit. I want it to be easy for her to spell and easy for others to recognize the pronunciation.

My favorite spelling is Georgiana, however, this can still lead to pronunciation issues as there are several different variants...
Geor-JAN-uh (my preferred pronunciation)
Geor-GEE-ann-uh
We are actually considering using this in the middle name spot for our baby girl due in August.
