Would you do theme names for your children? What theme(s) would you do? What theme(s) won't you do?

I won't do letter themes. However I've considered doing flower middles names for girls like Hyacinth, Dahlia, Linnea, etc. Martin was all about Arthurian legend middle names for boys, Gawain, Gareth, Percival, etc.

I have never heard of anyone who would do an Arthurian Legend theme before! That is really cool! There are some really pretty girls names that you can get out of the flower theme!

I have considered themes a little bit. I love the idea of theme names on twins or triplets (but I hate rhyming the first names that's just awful).
For girl/boy twins I like Eden (no middle picked) and Matthew Aiden. This theme is more hidden but I like it because Eden and Aiden sound so simalar. (But I would never use them both as first name.) plus, Eden if the name if my late baby sister. Matthew is sorta an honoring name. It's my uncles name but I'm not really naming my child after him. I just like the name.
For boy/girl/girl triplets I like Rowan for the boy and Ryan and Rylie for the girls. Name styles don't really match, but I don't care. I like the same letter them for triplets, but not really for twins. Twins I like to use other kinds of themes more. I have also considered the letter K for triplets.
For actual siblings born in different pregnancies I haven't really thought about themes. I really just want to name them names that I really love. I have considered doing like virtue middles or even just giving all of my children middles with really deep meaning to me.
