My husband likes the name Cheyenne but only if it is spelled differently. He feels most will mispronounce it and that it has too similar of an ending as my name (Erynne). We did this with my daughter Ashlyn Nicole (we liked Aisling) but not the spelling. Let me know which looks prettier. Thanks!

Well, personally I don't like any spelling of Cheyenne unless it IS Cheyenne...I don't think anyone will mispronounce it...but if it's the only way...

I had some replies saying they would pronounce Cheyenne (Shay-"N"). I do not like that pronunciation...lol...what to do...

I've never heard anyone pronounce it that way!!! I know 3 Cheyenne's(1 goes to my school, another is in a different school district, and the other one is in another state) and no one's ever pronounced their name wrong.

I definitley prefer Cheyenne. If you are adamant about changing the spelling I suppose I would go with Shyanne.

I highly doubt anyone will mispronounce Cheyenne.
I agree with Kayra though, I only like the name if it's spelled that way!
