someone i know at my school is pregnant and due in june. she is naming her little boy Cortlynn.. What do you think. i personally dont like it and have never heard of it before.

Cortlynn is very feminen to me...But that is most likely because one of the ladies at my work is names Courtlynn.

My cousin has a son named Cortland.

Personally, I'm not a fan of either name.

I don't think it's horrible...on a girl.

But, for a boy, that sounds horrible!

Especially the spelling.

Way to feminine for my taste. Plus I'm not big on names ending in -lynn/-lyn. I think just Cort/Court would be very handsome.

I don't think it'd be so bad if it wasn't for the spelling! -Lynn is SO feminine, and Court- makes me think of Courtney.
When I say it out loud, I actually kind of like it, but I'd definitely prefer it being spelled Cortlin or Courtlin.

I dont like it. for me it sounds like a girl name. without -lynn it would be more masculine i think.

i dont really like it on a boy but a girl different it will sound pretty for a girls name
