I need help on three names, Alice, Mae, and Sterling.

Alice is always popping on and off my list. I'm not sure I could ever use it as Mikes moms name is Alyson and I'm not sure if he wants to honor her or not. But I love how dainty and sweet Alice is, nick name Lis? I'd love first or middle name suggestions for it.

Mae has been a solid on my list, I can just never settle on whether to use a full name or just Mae. I love love love Mabel, and I love Maeve or Maisie. Mike isn't sold on either Mabel, Maeve, or Maisie. He mentioned "Mae Mae" being cute (nick name of a baby girl in my mom group). I'm wondering if I can sell plain Mae to him. Archer and Mae? Cute, eh? I'd only use Mae as a first name. Or maybe a double first name, though Mike isn't a fan of double first names... Aubree Mae? Emma Mae? Idk. I'd love middle name suggestions, or even double first name suggestions I suppose. (Aubree and Emma are his absolute favorites, though I'm not much a fan of Emma).

I looove Sterling so much, but its on my GP list. Idk if any of you have seen the fx adult cartoon, but the main characters full name is Sterling Mallory Archer, he goes by his last name Archer though. And idk if I want that strong a reference, to use Archer AND Sterling. I still love it though and would love middle name ideas :)

Thank you all so much!

I love Alice and think it makes a lovely name (or middle name) for both a little girl and a grown woman. Plus I think Archer and Alice would be super cute. Some suggestions:

Alice Cordelia
Alice Victoria
Alice Margaret
Alice Colette
Alice Persephone
Alice Juliet
Alice Clementine
Alice Caroline
Alice Genevieve
Alice Gwendolyn
Alice Vivienne
Alice Primrose
Alice Matilda

Persephone Alice
Bronwyn Alice
Felicity Alice
Lucy Alice
Phoebe Alice
Zoey Alice
Naomi Alice
Scarlett Alice
Mary Alice

I think Mae is so sweet. I like Mabel, Maeve, and Maisie, but I also think that Mae can stand on its own... I like it a lot as a first name, since it's used so often as a middle! Suggestions:

Mae Cassandra
Mae Cordelia
Mae Caroline
Mae Clementine
Mae Josephine
Mae Elizabeth
Mae Evangeline
Mae Felicity
Mae Seraphina
Mae Alexandra
Mae Tallulah
Mae Jessamine
Mae Rosalie
Mae Vivienne

I'm not fond of Sterling, to be honest... It reminds me of sterling silver, which I fear could lead to potential teasing. I haven't heard of the cartoon, so I don't know whether people would find the subset Archer and Sterling too matchy. Some suggestions:

Sterling James
Sterling John
Sterling Maxwell
Sterling George
Sterling Edward
Sterling Charles
Sterling Matthew
Sterling Pierce
Sterling Philip
Sterling Wyatt
Sterling Vincent
Sterling Oliver
Sterling Emmett

Thanks soooo much lady! :) I am loving these suggestions..

Alice Cordelia

Alice Clementine

Alice Primrose

Phoebe Alice

Zoey Alice

Scarlett Alice

Mae Cordelia

Mae Caroline

Mae Clementine

Mae Evangeline
Sterling John

Sterling Maxwell

Sterling Charles

I'm really loving Alice Primrose, it sounds so whimsical yet totally usable. I'm not quite sold on Mae Evangeline, but the more I read it the more I'm falling.. Evangeline was on my list in the past, then it somehow was lost.. but you know, I think I'm totally in love again :) I also am liking how Sterling John and Sterling Charles both would honor family. I love Charles! And Mike loves John. So.. options :) For Sterling, I know a Stirling is a bird which is kinda what I thought of. Sterling silver is another thought though idk what kind of teasing that might get. Hmm :/
