So, I LOVE the name Brooke and I'll probably be calling her that most of the time, but I thought it might be nice to give her a full name since Brooke sounds a little nick name-ish to me, idk why? Does anyone else think that or is it just me? Thanks for the help! :]

I like just Brooke. Brooklyn is a nice name, but if you really like Brooke, then stick with that

Hmm. I probably will stick with Brooke. I just wanted to hear some other opinons and see if it sounded like too much of a nickname or not.

Thanks for the help.

I voted for Brooke, but Brooklyn isn't a bad name. However I do think that you should stay away from Brookney

I like both! I don't think Brooke is too much of a nick name at all! Brooklyn is my fav personally... I'm looking for middle names for it right now actually lol. But just Brooke is great! <3

Good luck! <3

I would definitely just choose Brooke.

I find Brooklyn a little over the top, and unnecessary if you were going to call her Brooke anyway. Also Brooklyn might be confused for a boy because of Brooklyn Beckham (where I'm from, anyway). Brookney is not very nice and sounds made up.

I went to school with a girl named Brooke and I always thought her name was gorgeous. It never sounded incomplete to me. :P Also, you could name her Brooke and call her Brooklyn as a nickname. There is no rule that a nickname has to be shorter than the full one. :)

Thanks everyone!

I was thinking I could use Brooklyn & Brookney as a nickname or something, too.
I used to have a cat and we'd always give him wayyy longer nicknames then his actual name. Haha. So I guess that could work! If I have a girl, I can see myself calling her Brooklyn as a nickname. It really doesnt matter the length of the name.
I probably will just stick with Brooke.

Thanks for the help!!

& I dont think you can delete your posts! Idk?
