What are your thoughts on the name August Joseph Emerson for a baby boy (in my story, of course)? Is it too unisex, or hippy-like?

I automatically think boy for August. I especially like it with the nickname Augie or even Gus. Of your other name choices, I like Levi as well.

I like it. When I see August I think boy automatically and even though I don't like the name Gus, it is the better nickname of the two options.

When I see August I think of the month. Sorry but I do. The only months that should be allowed on children's, real or ficitional, are April, May and June.

When I see August I think of the month. Sorry but I do. The only months that should be allowed on children's, real or ficitional, are April, May and June.
Scrap what I said there as I'm now thinking about it for a little boy in my story. I have started to love it since Once upon a time.
