What do you think of the name Mira? Does it need a longer form, like Mirabel or Miriam? Or can it stand on its own?

Middle name suggestions would also be great!

Are you using the pronunciation as My-ruh or Me-ruh? Or something different? Personally, I'd prefer a longer variation such as Mirabel or Mirabella.

Mira (pronounced your way) actually is a shortened, but independently used and perfectly acceptable version of the GORGEOUS Arabian name Amira which means Princess! <3 I LOVE both names!! :)

My brother has a little girl called Mira, named because she was a very tricky pregnancy and when she finally arrived they thought she was their little 'Miracle' :) I thought that was very cute, and I also think it works lovely as a standalone name without a longer version. My niece's middle name is Claire (surname Vincent) if that helps :)

I like it stand alone, I also like it as a shortened name. Mirabel is also really sweet. I would probably use Mira as a MN, but that's just me.

Some names to go with it:

Lisa

Matilda

Hannah

Louisa

Jacinta

Rose

Hailey

Georgia

Tessa

Michaela

Danielle

Zoey
