Jackson David sounds best out of these choices. David is classic and balances out the trendiness of Jackson (it balances better with your last name too) and it flows better than Xavier or Rowan.

Whatever name you like best -- it's the middle name after all. It really matters how the first sounds with the last -- the middle, not so much -- unless it makes inappropriate initials ... ;o) Of the three names, I like Xavier the best, but I would probably use David if I were doing the naming.
