Girls
Summer Lee Rhayne Elizabeth - Quite the mouthful! I can wrap my head around 2 mn's but 3 is too much for me. I don't care for Rhayne at all, especially paired with Summer, it sounds more like a description than a name imo. I prefer the spelling Leigh for a girl as Lee is the masculine form. Summer Elizabeth is nice or even Summer Elizabeth Lee. I would drop Rhayne.
Ella Lee Piper Sapphire (Saph-Fire) - See above. Too many names for my liking. I like Ella not particularly fond of any of the others. Ella Piper or Ella Sapphire would work. I would nix Lee with Ella, too much L.
Peyton Skye - Neither is my style but the combo works.
Alannah Kate - This is my favorite of your list. Great flow and the names are well matched for style.
Dakota Ruby - Dakota is not for me. It feels 90's dated. I adore Ruby. Ella Ruby or Ruby Ella would be awesome!
Oceania Bethany - I dislike both names. Oceania feels impractical and Bethany bores me.

Boys
Declan Jay Wyatt - I don't mind Declan. Not a fan of the others. Declan Wyatt is smoother sounding imo.
Kooper Storm - I dislike Cooper in general. It sounds like a pet name to me. I strongly dislike Kooper. Feels ultra trendy. Storm isn't my thing.
Greyson Kody - Greyson is ok. I don't care for Kody which feels 90's dated. I prefer Cody but the name is not for me either way.
Tatetyn Phoenix - Tateyn is not my style. It actually looks and sounds feminine to me. Why not just Tate? Phoenix is a guilty pleasure of mine and I think it makes an awesome mn.
Koletyn Jasper - See Kooper for comments on Koletyn. The spelling looks really feminine. Colton is much nicer imo. I like Jasper.

I mostly agree with Desire about the girls.

Summer Lee Rhayne Elizabeth is definitely too much. Summer is an okay name, I've warmed up to it. Not only is Lee masculine, but it's one of those names that look completely pointless to me. Too soft for a boy sound-wise, and looking like it's missing some letters. I prefer Leigh anyway. I would ditch Rhayne and switch things up to Summer Elizabeth Leigh.

Ella Lee Piper Sapphire (Saph-Fire)- See above for Lee. Ella is not my cup of tea, but I really like Piper. Sapphire is definitely not my style, but it's interesting.
I'd go with Ella Piper, Ella Sapphire or Ella Piper Leigh.

Peyton Skye - I dislike both, but it's got a good flow overall.

Alannah Kate- my favorite. Kate is very pretty, and Alannah matches Kate both style-wise and for the flow of it. Thumbs up.

Dakota Ruby- I'm not a fan of Dakota, but I adore Ruby. I'd switch it to Ruby Dakota!

Oceania Bethany- Hm, neither are my style. I don't think they're very well matched.

Boys:
Declan Jay Wyatt- I'm loving Declan right now, so this is my favorite combo of yours. I feel the same way about Jay as I do about Lee (see above). Wyatt is a name I used to love, it's not in my top ten anymore but it's still nice. I'd ditch Jay and go with Declan Wyatt.
Kooper Storm- Cooper is just an okay name for me, but I really dislike the K spelling. Storm is not what I would classify as 'horrible', even though it's not my style. It's a quirky name, and different, that's for sure, but I think it can work as a middle name after all.
Greyson Kody - Again, Grayson feels okay just like Cooper. Kody looks like a nickname gone bad, I prefer Cody but the name is not my style.
Tatetyn Phoenix- Tatetyn looks ridiculous. It looks like a tryndee name for girls; Phoenix is an extremely interesting and cool middle name.
Koletyn Jasper- I don't like Koletyn, although it's better than Tatetyn. Why not Colton? It definitely looks more masculine. Jasper is not my favorite, but okay overall.

Thanks for your opinions guys, i appreciate it! I know my name choices are a bit different but i guess when you work in childcare, you tend to know way too many children with llots of different names that influence your choices.

Just to clear up, 'Lee' is a family tradition, im Natalee and my mothers Leesa, so plan to call my first girl with the Lee added somewhere :)

Thanks :)
