If you're planning on calling her Rose, it makes more sense for that to be her first name. My dad is called by his middle, and has run into some problems over the years because of his different first name...(signing documents, legal things, etc.) Plus, Rose Kathryn flows well enough! Good luck!

Both are beautiful. I think Kathryn Rose flows a little better, but I agree that if you plan to call her a derivative of Rose, go with Rose Kathryn.

I agree with Jenny. Kathryn Rose flows better. Although, it depends on the surname...
