boys name Cruz?

What do people think of Cruz for a baby boy? I know its a spanish surname but surnames as forenames are everywhere at the moment, my name "kelly" is also a surname lol. I also understand people will think of Cruz Beckham but that's not why we like it and there are plenty of kids running around with names like Zarhara, Maddox, Knox, Kai, Jayden etc and they are all celebrity names do that isnt important to me. I live in the uk where its not very common but thats why I like it but because people have been a bit harsh about it im on the fence now and would appreciate some more feedback, thanks!

I really like the name Cruz! It's different and if you love it, why not!! Someone is always gonna find something about any name you chose that they don't like. Once your bub is here I would be surprised if people actually tell you that they hate the name you chose! Good luck!!

Cruz is super cute! I know of three little boys named Cruz, so it is not usable for me. I don't think it's too uncommon at all! People will get used to it.
If you love it, use it!

I like Cruz too! As a side note, this is a rarity with the name being traditionally feminine but now more common for boys (most crossovers happen the other way).
