I am currently writing a story about russian adoption and these are the names I have chosen so far:

sisters:
Irina Viktoriya (7)
Eva Anastasiya (2)
Lily Katerina (0)

I am also trying to name one more sister, a three year old. I'm thinking of names like Nataliya/Natalya, Polina, Sofia, Emilia, Elena, Izabella, Klara/Clara

Thanks so much!
Aurelia

I think Izabella Natalya or Clara Natalya would work best. I also like Aleksandra/Alixandra Natalya.

Well being from Russia, those names don't sound so Russian. In Russia we take on our fathers first name as our middle name. Wether you be male or female. Like my fathers name is Vasiliy, my middle name Vasiliyevich, and my sisters middle name is Vasiliyevna. Anyways, out of the names you have given, Natalia and Elena are the most Russian. But if you want a very thick Russian name, try Nastya.

I was thinking the same thing when I saw this! this is where you need to do your research if you aren't from where you are writing about.
