Elena or you can spell it Alana if you really want to go with the a's. I think aria and Alana have a ring to it and goes well together

Elena and Alana are two different names, not spelling variations of the same name. Elena(ee-lay-nuh) doesn't really fit with Aria imo, but Alana (uh-lah-nuh) sounds very nice.
You could consider another musical name since Aria is a musical term:
Cadence
Capella
Melody
Harmony
Cecilia(patron saint of music)
Sonata
Harper
Viola
Madrigal (comes with the possibility of Madi as a nickname)
Calypso
Symphony
