The others aren't my style and Echo, Laila, and Lola are totally names for dogs.

bay -- A body of water, or the color of a horse, also I think the sound a sheep makes? That being said it may be used as a nn for Bayley or Bayard but Bay for a fn is ridiculous
lexi -- Okay for girl, a cute nn for Alexis or like
admire -- I like uncommon virtue names like Wisdom and Patience that most people dont like so I wont knock this one, but Im not a fan.
blaze -- The marking on a horse, fire, a verb (I.e. blaze a trial). Okay but again not my cup of tea
cascade -- I like Cade okay and Cassy but Cascade is a bit much and I cant picture it on a boy or a girl
crimson --- Tide? With Scarlett in popularity at the moment I've seen this a bit but not my style
echo --- I agree with Alyssa, Echo is a name for a pet, I very cute Parrot name.
kreme --- all I have to say is KRISPY KREME!!!! and NOOO!
krystal --- okay
glimmer --- I hope this was not brought about by twilight...and I dont think it is an attractive name at all
lola -- pretty, and rising in popularity
laila -- I prefer Lilah but obviously not the worst on your list
Sorry I dont mean this as a personal attack but some of these names are ridiculous

bay-I'd prefer a longer form, like Bayley. Just Bay isn't something I'd do.
lexi-adorable nick name, but I prefer Lexington/Alexander(a)/Alexis and whatever.
admire-Not really my taste
blaze-I kinda like it
cascade-it makes me think of the singer, Cascada
crimson-not my taste
echo-I kinda like it, a guilty pleasure
kreme-not at all
krystal-okay
glimmer-not at all
lola-not at all
laila-not my taste

Laila isn't pronounced like Lilah/Lila. It's pronounced Lay-luh.
I know I was saying I prefer the name Lilah not the spelling

Lexi-This isn't a full name, imo. It works great as a childhood nn for Alexandra, Alexis, Alexa, etc.
Admire- Not my style.
Blaze-My friend has a horse named Blaze. I don't like it for people.
Cascade-I just don't like this name.
Crimson-Ehh, I don't care for it. I do really like Scarlett though
Echo- Not a fan.
Kreme-Oh my, poor child.
Krystal-This spelling reminds me of the fast food joint "Krystal". I also have never liked this spelling and it's various spellings.
Glimmer- Lilah has two fish named Glimmer & Sparkle so I can't imagine a child with this name!
Lola- It's okay.
Laila-It's okay but I prefer Lilah

Bay-Definitely not a fan. I've known a girl named Baylor, and I thought it was rather unattractive. I prefer Bailey.
First of all, Baylor is one of my all-time favorite names. I also knew a girl called that, and most everybody seemed to like her name (not saying everybody did, but most). Out of the whole list, Bay is the best.
