Susannah Juliet Maeve "Sunny" - I think this is a pretty combo... a tad long, but still cute.  Sunny is a cute nickname as well.

Hazel Margot Wren - I love Hazel Margot on its own... both names are so pretty and they compliment each other well.  Wren seems a little heavy at the end of the lighter Hazel and Margot, but overall I still like it.

Sylvie Clementine Faye - Again, I really like just Sylvie Clementine on its own.  Still, another nice combo!

Rosemary Eva Grace - Pretty!  Romy is a cute nickname.

Madeleine India Poppy - The flow of this combo seems to be a bit off to me.  Poppy Madeleine, for instance, seems to have the better flow.  I love Madeleine as a first name though!

Thisbe Harriet Elise "Izzy" - While I like the quirkiness of the nickname Izzy, Thisbe seems a bit clunky and unusable to me.  I like Harriet and Elise together though.

Belphoebe Scarlet Pearl "Bel/Phoebe" - Personally, Belphoebe seems unusable to me as well, just a mash-up of Bel (or Belle) and Phoebe, while I would prefer the names separately.  I love Phoebe, and Belle is pretty as well.  If you want to stick with Belphoebe though, I think Scarlet Belphoebe Pearl sounds better in this instance.

Liesel Hermione Anne - I have a soft spot for Liesel!  I'm not crazy about the flow of Hermione and Anne in this combo though.

Clio Araminta Eleni - How are you pronouncing Eleni?  When I see it, I think Eee-lay-nee.  These names seem kind of awkward together, but I think in separate combos they might work better... especially since all of them are more uncommon names that may be challenging for some to pronounce or spell.

Freya Calliope Luna - While I like both Freya and Luna, I think having them both in the same combo sounds a bit repetitive since they both end in the "uh" sound, even though Calliope separates them.  Also, I'm a fan of Luna Calliope, if you like that suggestion!

Juniper Frances Scout "Juno" - Nicely rounded out combo.  I'm not crazy about Juniper, but I like the nickname Juno or, if you like it, June.

Tessa Ramona Jane - While I adore both Tessa and Jane, I think Tessa and Ramona sound a little repetitive together, since they both end in the "uh" sound.

Archer Felix Jude "Archie" - Handsome!  I love the name Archer, and Archie is cute.

Henry William Jack - I love Henry, and William and Jack are also handsome!  I think I like the flow of William Henry Jack a bit better, but this is still a nice combo.

Hector Frederick Jay - This combo seems a bit heavy on the "ck" sounds in Hector and Frederick.  While both names are nice, I would avoid using them next to each other.

Oscar Matthew James - Handsome!

Avery Atticus Leo - I like all three names, but I'm not fond of the alliteration of Avery and Atticus.  Still, it's a handsome combo.

Hugo Rafferty Max - I like Hugo.  Max seems a little incomplete to me as the second middle.  How do you like Hugo Rafferty Maxwell?

Edmund Elliott Miles "Ned" - Ned is such a cute nickname, and Edmund is sadly so underused!  The alliteration of Edmund and Elliott doesn't bother me as much here.

Spencer Cohan August "Penn" - Lovely combo, and I love the nickname Penn for Spencer!!

AND, I of course love thinking of baby names even though that is a VERY far in the future thing for me because I'm still young!

Just starting off by saying I LOVE two middle names!

Girls

8. Susannah Juliet Maeve 'Sunny'- I love the nickname Sunny, but I think Susannah is very old sounding for a little girl.

1. Hazel Margot Wren- Everything about this name makes me happy.

9. Sylvie Clementine Faye- Not my favorite name, Sylvie seems too nickname-y.

5. Rosemary Eva Grace 'Romy'- Very pretty!

2. Madeleine India Poppy 'Maisie'- LOVE the name and Maisie even more so.

12. Thisbe Harriet Elise 'Izzy'- I really dislike Thisbe. It makes the person sound like they have a lisp.

11. Belphoebe Scarlet Pearl 'Bel/Phoebe'- Either Belle or Phoebe are lovely, but I dislike them together. Scarlet and Pearl are wonderful.

6. Liesel Hermione Anne- Hermione is an absolutely guilty pleasure and I love Anne, but Liesel is just okay. I think there is a better name for this double middle name set that could fit better.

10. Clio Araminta Eleni- This is an okay name, I prefer the Cleo spelling, but overall the name flows.

3. Freya Calliope Luna- So pretty. Love this combo.

4. Juniper Frances Scout 'Juno'- This is so spunky and cute!

7. Tessa Ramona Jane- Love Jane, Tessa is okay, and not a fan of Ramona.

Boys

1. Archer Felix Jude 'Archie'- Great name! Handsome, strong, and not too common.

3. Henry William Jack- A little more common, but I love every name so much.

8. Hector Frederick Jay- This is a little too "old" for my tastes, but I do like Jay.

6. Oscar Matthew James- Oscar is growing on me and I think this name is cute.

5. Avery Atticus Leo- I realize it is a unisex name, but I much prefer Avery on a girl. Atticus and Leo are awesome, though!

4. Hugo Rafferty Max- This sounds so fancy. I love it! I think Max seems a bit short, though.

7. Edmund Elliott Miles 'Ned'- I think the name is cute, but that "Ned" is, again, too old sounding. I prefer Eddie, honestly.

2. Spencer Cohan August 'Penn'- Love! I don't know where you're getting Penn from, but I like it and all the names in this combo.

Girls

Susannah Juliet Maeve 'Sunny' - I'm not a huge fan of Susannah or the nickname Sunny, but I do think this is a cute combo, and Juliet and Maeve sound wonderful with it.

Hazel Margot Wren - I love Hazel, and though I'm not huge on Margot I think it's nice sandwiched between Hazel and Wren. It also keeps the combo from seeming "over nature-y," if you know what I mean. I really like this as a combo.

Sylvie Clementine Faye - Sylvie is too nickname-y for me, but I do think it sounds less dated than Sylvia. I love Faye, and like your others, this combo flows really well and sounds quite pretty.

Rosemary Eva Grace 'Romy' - I'm not a huge fan of the nickname, but I really like this combo. The only thing is that the long E sounds at the end of Rosemary and the beginning of Eva clash a bit.

Madeleine India Poppy 'Maisie' - I'm not a fan of India or Poppy, but I love Madeleine and this particular spelling of it, and Maisie is a cute nickname.

Thisbe Harriet Elise 'Izzy' - I'm not huge on Thisbe because I feel like it is awkward to say and just has a general offbeat feel, though I do love Elise and Harriet flows nicely with this combo.

Belphoebe Scarlet Pearl 'Bel/Phoebe' - I've actually never heard the name Belphoebe before now, and I'm not a fan of Scarlet or Pearl either, Sorry  I think Phoebe Scarlet Pearl might flow a little better, though.

Liesel Hermione Anne - After reading The Book Thief, I can't help but like the name Liesel. It goes quite nicely with Hermione and Anne.

Clio Araminta Eleni - This name has a more exotic feel to it than your others, for sure. I'm not a huge fan.

Freya Calliope Luna - This is probably one of my favorites from your list. I really love all three names, though I wouldn't be brave enough to use Calliope myself. I love love love this combo even though it has a slightly more awkward flow than your other ones due to the A's at the end of Freya and Luna.

Juniper Frances Scout 'Juno' - I love Juniper, but greatly dislike Scout and am indifferent towards Frances. I do think this flows okay, though.

Tessa Ramona Jane - Tessa is very pretty, and I've always loved Jane and other one-syllable classic names in a second middle name spot. I'm not huge on Ramona and I feel like the A's at the end of the first two names in this clash.

Boys

Archer Felix Jude 'Archie' - I really love this combo and all three names in it. It flows really well, too.

Henry William Jack - Another handsome one, and again, I love all three of these names. Definitely my favorite from your list.

Hector Frederick Jay - It's not my style, but I do think this works well. It does, though, remind me of Hector "Zero" Zeroni from Holes if you've ever read/seen it.

Oscar Matthew James - I'm not a huge fan of Oscar, but it does go nicely with the very handsome Matthew and James.

Avery Atticus Leo - Finally, someone who likes Avery on a boy! I could never see it fitting a girl after reading about the brother named Avery in Charlotte's Web. I think this is a handsome combo.

Hugo Rafferty Max - I don't really like Rafferty or Max, but I absolutely adore Hugo.

Edmund Elliott Miles 'Ned' - This is surprisingly cute. I've always felt like Edmund sounded a bit stiff but the nickname Ned (though it's a bit dated and Eddy would be cute) loosens it up a little and the combo flows pretty well. I love Elliott, though I tend to spell it with just on T at the end.

Spencer Cohan August 'Penn' - I'm not huge on the nickname, and Cohan is okay, but I love August and Spencer. This flows well as a whole.
