Bethany Skye Kathleen "Beth/Bethy" - I think Bethany Kathleen Skye flows better, but this is a very cute combo.
Hope Alexandra Ruth - Adorable!
Gwendolyn Promise Belle "Gwen" - I adore Gwendolyn, and Gwendolyn Belle is a lovely combo, but I'm not a fan of Promise. 
Felicity Asha Mae "Lissy" - I think this combo is very lovely, although I'm not a huge fan of Felicity or Asha.
Faith Elina Story - Cute!
Piper Annika Joy - The endings of Piper and Annika kind of clash a little when I say them out loud, but this is still a very cute combo.

Kirsten Rosalie Willow  - I'm not a fan of Kirsten, sorry, but Rosalie Willow is darling!
Karina Esther - Again, the endings clash for me, but it's not a bad combo.
Larsen Bridget - I like Bridget, but Larsen feels more masculine imo.
Jaeli/Corinne Hadassah - Corinne Hadassah would be my pick, it's a very nice combo.
Lacey Diana - Not a fan of Lacey, but Diana is pretty!
Lily Catherine - Adorable! This is my best friend's favourite combo, so I may well know a little Lily Catherine in the future!

Martha nn Ari? - I adore Martha! Such old lady chic! Ari makes it much more modern, and I kind of like it.
Niki - Not a fan of Niki. Possible longer forms: Nicole, Nicola, Nicolette, Annika, Danika.
Alice - Cute!
Eliza - I do prefer this to the full form, Elizabeth.
Selina - Not my favourite.
Wylie? - Not a fan of this name.
Katheryn nn Kye - I prefer the spelling Katherine or Kathryn, but it's lovely nonetheless. Not a fan of the nn Kye.
Corinne nn Rory - Cute! I adore the nn Rory on girls!
Harper - Love this one! So adorable!

I really like your suggestion of Annika nn Niki... I never knew what Niki could be a nn for and I don't really like Annie as a nn for Annika. I am glad you like so many of my combos
