Here are some names for a girl that I'm still not really sure I like:

Tamsin - I think I really like this one; it sounds really strong and cute kind of like Larkin. WDYT?
Liv - I really hate Olivia, but kind of like Liv. I don't know, is it too short for a fn or even a mn?
Valley/Vali - I think they're kind if cute. WDYT?

Also, WDYT of Vrai? I think it's French and means truth. Do you think it's too hard to pronounce?

Please comment, and thank you beforehand!

I grew up with a friend called Tamzen, and i've always liked it on her so i guess I like the name! I love Liv, I'm not a fan of Olivia either, I just love it by itself, and I think it's fine as a fn, though it goes well as a mn too.
However, I don't like Valley at all, sorry, just nms. Mind you I went through a phase where I loved the name Prairie haha so I get it.
I'm not too keen on Vrai, I speak French and yeah it means truth, I just don't really like the way it sounds. I think there are much prettier French words and names, like Ciel/Cielle which means sky I think.

:D

They are not really my style. Tamsin looks very out of place, and Valley makes me think of Valley Girls, so ew.
Vali sounds cute, and I think it could make a lovely nickname for... I don't know, Valerie? Or something of this sort.

Liv, on the other hand, I love.
Actually, the simple and uber-short version is not up my alley, but I don't like Olivia either. So I choose to usa a variation of both, Livia, which is longer than Liv but lends itself to use Liv as a nickname. It is an actual name by itself, despite many saying the contrary, and it is much more classy than Olivia.

I'm not really a fan of Tamsin or Larkin....my gpa's name is Lark so it has always been a boys name to me.
Liv is nice...I like Livia as well but Olivia is far to popular at the moment
Not really sure if I like Valley/Vali or not. It doesnt really sound like a name to me....I DO like Prairie though but I have a thing for P names for girls.

Not sure how to pronounce Vrai...I've never had French...I would say it (VRY) like EYE.

Thanks for your comments! I think I still like Tamsin, Liv, and Vali, but Valley and Vrai, I don't think so. I thought Vrai was pronounced VRAY. Thanks again!

I'm not a fan of Tamsin, Valley, or Liv. Tamsin doesn't look like a first name to me, I don't like most of the noun names, and Liv is just too short. Vrai is interesting though, and I think I might really come to like it. I do like Livia okay, and I really like Valerie.
