On the girls list, I don't think Ace, Queenie, Rogue or Monalisa are that bad. I actually know someone who used Rogue as the middle name for her little girl.

On the boys list, Bond, Kix, Pate & Donathan aren't that bad either.

Is it bad that this list has given me ideas? (Whattt? Who said that? Not I.) And I love that Americus was used...nod to a good movie. ;) But Burger?? Hmm, those must have been some strong cravings...

My mother suggested me to use the name Americus...God love her, but no. Yes, the movie was fabulous and so was the book ^_^ , but no- just no. <_<

I think Mowgli is cute. I loved the Jungle Book so I guess that connection is what draws me to it. :)

I don't think Orchid is that strange. People use plenty of other flower names, so why not that one? And I think Ace and Rilo are kinda cute, haha.

I went to school with a guy named Pate, never really thought of it as strange, but now that I think about it I guess it is. Aero, Cobain, and Villiam aren't so bad either... Hmm.

And I can sorta see the appeal of Rogue for both sexes.

But yeah, most of these are shockingly bad. I mean, I'd certainly never use any of them, but there are a few that I wouldn't cringe over meeting. But if a parent introduced their child as one of the majority of these names, I think I'd be at a loss for words. (Haven'T?????? Is that suppose to be the word haven with a random letter thrown on or is it legitimately supposed to be the conjuction haven't? WHAT)

As far as some of these go, they're not too outrageous IMO. But most? Disastorous!

Who would name their child Couture? Excel? Sesame? Vanille? Yoga? THINN?!

Cajun? Cello? Cassanova? Elite? Four? Goodluck? Google? Haven'T? Hippo? Hurricane? Popeye?

And Burger and Pate just take the cake.

None of these are attractive in the least. I mean.. Vanille just sounds like a stripper name.

Why do people name their children ridiculous things in the hope that it's going to make them cool and unique?

Rogue is a fantastic name, it's my niece's name! I think it's adorable. ANd I got to school with someone named Pate
