I came across this name but only written, I didn't get a chance to hear it said out loud, the name was Keavona and it was a little girls name. I think I would pronounce it like Kay-Vah-Nah.
How would you pronounce it? Thoughts on it?

I would say Kee-uh-vah-nah. It seems made up, but it's not awful. Written, I think it looks pretty (despite spelling confusion), especially compared to names these days with all those extra Y's and X's and N's, etc.
I would never use it, but I can see somebody else with it and it being cute.

I would pronounce it as either 'Kee-vah-nah' or 'Kee-uh-vah-nah'. Most likely as 'Kee-uh-vah-nah'.
