Is there any fuller forms of Kay-Kay you can think of? I'm all of a sudden really liking how it aounds Ive already thought of

I do think I like Kay for Katherine. I've always adored Kate and Katie, but Kay is also really cute!

If I were to change my name it would only be the Morrow part...it sounds like a guy name(not saying there's anything wrong with guy names!) and I used to get teased because of it.
