Okay. It's a lot like quints.
Here goes:
We have four combos.
Let's say they are
Sophia Emma
Olivia Isabella
Ava Mia
Emily Abigail
You take one name, say Olivia Isabella, and switch middles with another name, say Emily Abigail.
You take another name, aside from either of those, and swap the combo, say Sophia Emma turns to Emma Sophia.
The name you don't touch, you change entirely, say Ava Mia becomes your favorite combo, Charlotte Avery.
So the list would be
Olivia Abigail
Emily Isabella
Emma Sophia
Charlotte Avery
