Alright... I mentioned before that I fell in love with the name Cecilia. So I am looking for a middle name, actually for a 1st first name and using Cecilia as 2nd first name. My bf wants to call our children by their 2nd name since his brother started that. I am fine with that, my mom is also called by her 2nd name. So it all comes to continue a new tradition.

I am also looking for a 1st first name for Elara. It is our first choice right now, but Elara Emilie doesn't fit to our criteria and Emilie Elara doesn't sound great.

And I thought of Katara again after not thinking of it for quite awhile. What do you think of it? And how about the 1st first name?

Sorry, it is a bit confusing. I thought of asking for girls names bc we have a boy name figured out.
Suggestions for 1st first names for Phineas are also welcome.

Since you plan on using the middle names, I recommend using simpler first names. Or maybe names that honor family?

Well, I don't like most of your suggested names, but only because they would not sound great in German or most people would not pronounce them right.
I do adore Helen Cecilia though. Looks and sounds extremely cute and elegant and it would age well.

Robert Phineas would be a nice idea, since it is my grandpa's middle name. But I don't really like the combination, just doesn't look right. John Phineas would also be nice, my cousin would love me for it .

All the other names don't sound and look right to me, sorry, your time and suggestions are still appreciated.

I suggested Helen Cecilia to my bf, and he said it is a bad idea, because Helen is the name of his brother's ex-gf
