I've recently become quite obessed with the TV show, Glee, and I really like some of the names of the characters from the show. Quinn is a name I would've never thought to use, especially for a girl, but its really growing on me.

So what do you think of Quinn?

I first heard the name on Daria. From that show and Glee, I think of Quinn as a popular girl, thats not always nice.

I LOVE it and would consider using it!

Only on a girl though!

Is it bad that I love Glee as well?!? I try to sneak a show of my own (that isn't Dora or some Teletoon show) or two every week and Glee is one of them! And since I started watching Glee I have been feeling an odd pull to the name Quinn. I like it way better on a girl than on a boy because once you pair it with a really feminine name it becomes beatiful!

I love Glee too! I like Quinn for either sex though I think I slightly prefer it on a boy.

Ehh, not really my style. I acutally prefer it on a boy, but I think it could work on a girl as well. I've never heard it on an actual person (other than on Glee, which I love as well :)) I've only heart it as a last name, so that is what I associate it with.

Is it bad that when I saw this topic Glee was the first thing that came to mind? lol

I wouldn't use the name myself, but I wouldn't mind seeing it on other peoples' kids (if that makes sense at all)

I wouldn't use it, but I see the appeal.

So I came up with a combo for it

Elliot Quinn (for a girl---I know, I'm obsessed with Scrubs as well :)) nickname Ellie

What do you think? Too masculine?

Elliot was always way to masculine in my taste, but if you like it, Elliot Quinn does have a fine flow to it. Ellie is a cute nn! I wouldnt say its way to masculine, but it is pretty boy-ish :) I actually dont see it as masculine Ryan Chase is still to me... but yeah ;) GL! ~Haddie

I love Quinn! I loved it the first time I heard it on Zoey 101 about five years ago or so. I think it's so pretty.

I like the flow of Elliot Quinn, though, (IMO) it’s too masculine.
Also, I’m not much a fan of Elliot – I do, however, love Elle.

Quinn, on the other hand, is lovely. A long time favourite of mine.
