My name is Aidan, and I am a girl. I was named after a boy, and I don't care. I love my name, and always have. I think it suits me well, and the fact that I know a lot of boys named Aidan and have never met another girl with the same name as me gives me a sense of pride and makes me feel unique and special, it makes me feel different. My name is Aidan Jane, what do you think of the name Aidan for a girl?

Hmmm... I view it as kind of like Blake on a girl. Blake is traditionally a boys name, but on the right girl/woman it works. I'm not personally into masculine girl names that much, but Aidan is a lot better than trying to name your daughter Bruce or something :)

In all, I think it's nice with a cute frilly girls name as a middle (like Jane) but I wouldn't use it myself.

I'm sorry, I'm not a fan. It just feels thoroughly masculine in my opinion :(

I think it is too masculine for my taste. I don't think it is awful or anything, I just wouldn't use it myself.
