I have a few names on my mind that I would like to use, but I cannot think of any middle names at all.

the names I woul LOVE to use are:

for girls:
Natalie
Saira (pronounced like Sara obviously)
Vienna
Saya (sigh-ah)
Orlaith (or-la)
Rian (like Ryan for a girl)
Sailor (I like this name but I'm not sure I would use it, I like it better as a girl name rather than a boys)
(I would like to use Donna because it was my grandma's name, I would like it as either a middle name or if anyone can think of a first name that involves it that would be great, but I just don't think it goes with anything.)

for boys:

Johnathan (I know it's common, but I just like it)
Ezra
Brittan (I don't like the 'Britton' spelling.. just because)
Beckett
Breckan
Kaine (I like this as a middle name more than a first name)

If anyone can help me with MN combinations that would be awesome. I am also fine with mixing the names I already have, as well as adding different first names I like unique names and unique spellings so any names that are in that general area are great.
I'd appreciate the help I am at a loss right now! :)

Natalie -- very cute! I love it! How about: Natalie Joy, Natalie Reign, Natalie Ruth or Natalie Grace?
Saira -- love it! The spelling is very pretty. How about: Saira Jane, Saira Paige, Saira Grace, Saira Mae or Saira Elaine?
Vienna -- cute! I don't love it, but it's nice. How about: Vienna Reign, Vienna Sage, Vienna Ruby, Vienna Claire or Vienna Grace?
Saya -- it's interesting, but I like it. How about: Saya Jane, Saya Mae, Saya Reign, Saya Grace, Saya Paige or Saya Layne?
Orlaith -- not really my style, but it's okay. How about: Orlaith Grace, Orlaith Jane, Orlaith Mae, Orlaith Sage or Orlaith Kay?
Rian -- very cute, although I prefer it on a boy, spelled Ryan. How about: Rian Elizabeth, Rian Skylar, Rian Paige, Rian Mae, Rian Grace or Rian Amanda?
Sailor -- adorable! Love it on a girl the most. How about: Sailor Jane, Sailor Mae, Sailor Paige, Sailor Reign, Sailor Grace or Sailor Amanda?

Johnathan -- very nice! I like this spelling. How about: Johnathan Xavier, Johnathan Chase, Johnathan Kyler, Johnathan Bryce or Johnathan Reid?
Ezra -- great! It's pretty nice. How about: Ezra Alec, Ezra James, Ezra Luke, Ezra Lucas, Ezra Caleb, Ezra Landon or Ezra Sawyer?
Brittan -- pretty good, although not my style. How about: Brittan Alexander, Brittan Chase, Brittan Paul, Brittan James or Brittan Jace?
Beckett -- it's all right...how about: Beckett James, Beckett Luke, Beckett Rhys, Beckett Chase, Beckett Paul or Beckett Xavier?
Breckan -- not my style either, but it's pretty good. How about: Breckan Luke, Breckan James, Breckan John, Breckan Kaine or Breckan Xavier?
Kaine -- This is pretty good, although I'm not to sure about the 'Cain and Abel association'. The spellings nice though. Combos: Kaine Alexander, Kaine Robert, Kaine Sawyer.

Good luck!!! Those are all great names!!!
