Hi - I like the name Hugh but think it may sound bad with our last name (Butler). Will it be too easy for little kids to make fun of him and call him huge butt or am I over thinking this?

I actually think Hugh Butler sounds fine. Reminds me of Hugh Grant. If you love it, go with it!
Edit: And no, I don't get Huge Butt at all.
