I just got back home from the midnight premier of Hunger Games...AMAZING. One of the best things I've EVER seen. (:

But on a different note...

Just another name I've come to LOVE: Amelie

I always thought it looked really pretty, but I just wasn't sure how it was pronounced. Since I found out, I really love the name. Some combos I've come up with are:

Amelie Katniss (yes, from Hunger Games )
Amelie Rue (also from HG)
Amelie Everly
Amelie Chase
Amelie Ember
Amelie Peyton
Amelie Roxanne/Roxanna
Amelie Quinn
Amelie Shae
Amelie Isobel
Amelie Haven
Amelie Blaise

I like these three:

Amelie Rue
Amelie Roxanna
Amelie Quinn

The middle name Rue makes the full name sound gorgeously princess-y,
Roxanna makes it more edgy,
and Quinn is also edgy and makes the full name more unisex.

I think my favorite is Amelie Rue.

I just finished reading the third book in the series this morning, I absolutely adore it! <3 Originally upon hearing some of the names, I was a bit... unsure of my liking of the book. I'm a nut, and half of what draws me into reading a book is the names!

ANYWAYS, I've totally fallen for half the names!! I wouldn't be above naming a future child Katniss or Primrose, or any of them probably as a middle name for most names. But hey! Whats wrong with using a beautifully wonderful name like Primrose, just because an amazing book used it for such a lovable character?

I love the name Amelie, though I haven't really had it in my namelist lately Its one of those names I love, but I think I'd use other options before it I suppose. Though, nick name Mills is really attractive to me <3

I like:
Amelie Katniss [I liked this name ever since I heard it, Katniss! It only grew from the book<3]
Amelie Rue [and tbh, I was very unfond of this name when I first heard it. It was a childhood nick name of mine. But, the character was too lovable to not like it after the book!!]
Amelie Roxanne
Amelie Quinn
