Poppy is cute! I mean, it does seem childish, like it wont age well. For whatever reason, in my mind it makes sense that it'd age better to name her Poppa and nick name Poppy :) Maybe I'm just crazy though, lol! Or even Phoebe nick name Poppy...

Poppy Roisin
Poppy Delilah
Poppy Mariah
Poppy Caterina
Poppy Elisabeth
Poppy Alessia
Poppy Joanne
Poppy Natalia
Poppy Veronica
Poppy Alyssa
Poppy Theresa/Tess
Poppy Georgia
Poppy Katherine
Poppy Marissa
Poppy Lorelei

Hope that helps!

Though, I...

I love to hate Preston
I hate to love Alexander

Not sure why I dislike Preston sooo much, but it bothers me! ;) And I openly talk about Alexander and how much I love it, but I hate that I love such a popular name! I dislike liking such popular names!!! D:

Poppy is so-so for me. I'd prefer it as a nickname for Penelope. :P

I love to hate: Neveah/Nevaeh, Isabella, Sophia/e, Eloise, and all Aiden variations. Aiden itself is just okay.

I hate to love: Circe. Yes, I'd actually use it as a middle name. I'm even temped to spell it differently. Other names that should be GPs but I'd still use include: Thaleia, Romilly, Cosima, Isolde, Antigone, Emrys, and Damon. The last two are boy names. :) ;) ;)

Oh, the name I love to hate is definitely Dominique </3 not sure why it makes me shudder so much! (no offense to anyone!)

But Poppy really is sweet. But a really really cute nick name to Penelope! I used to greatly dislike Penelope, but now I really like it lol!

Love to Hate: Olivia! I just don't like where the accent falls. oh-LIV-ee-uh. It just sounds so horrible. LOL!

Hate to Love: Ainsley. I like it... on a girl! Even though it's a boy's name! And it's so... POPULAR! <<gasp>>

Is Ainsley really popular? Wow, I wouldn't have guessed! But I always thought it was only a girls name for the longest time! Sounds so feminine to me :D I wrote a story with a girl named Ainsley in it, though I changed it to Alana. Then wanted to change it again but havent actually followed through with that lol!

My only problem with Ainsley is I can't come up with a nn for it.
I know that's a terrible reason but y'know how I love my nicknames!

I've come up with Lee, which I dislike.
And Annie, which I'm not sure even works!

Overall though, it's a gorgeous name. :D

I don't want that to be the reason for me not ever using it. ♥

I'm not really a fan of Poppy. It seems kind of made up to me and I cant really picture it on an adult.

Names I love to hate are: Courtney, Megan, Chloe, Noah, David
I dont know why I just really dislike these names for some reason

Names I hate to love are: Neveah - It just sounds so cute to me and I'm really starting to like it. A lot of people on here seem to really hate it for some reason (which I dont get!) lol

And Avree - This is my all time favorite name but for some reason I cant stand it when its spelled Avery. It just looks unappealing/wrong to me. (Idk! I'm weird like that)

Well at least in the US its popular, in the Top 500 names, its more popular than names like Skyler, Hayley, Desiree, Brittany, Francesca, Quinn.... I know girls with all of those names but I don't know an Ainsley... times sure change!

Rory Karlen - a guilty pleasure is like a name you feel you shouldn't like, but do, or you like it but know you could never use it for whatever reason.

Poppy would be one of mine too; I think it's a sweet name but I have trouble seeing an adult Poppy. Others that I hate to love...probably Evelyn and Willow. They're my favorite names but they're getting so trendy anymore.

A name I love to hate is Nevaeh. Not because of the name itself but the experience I've had with it - in my area, too many mothers of little Nevaehs just have to inform me that it's Heaven backwards like it's the most clever thing in the world upon introduction - "This is Nevaeh - it's heaven backwards." It's like, "I'm AWARE." :D

Yassie, why not use Ain as a nick name?? :P It sounds a little off, I guess. But it is nice, none the less :P

Like, "Ain, I've got you something!" or "Ains, get your butt down here!!!" or whatever you might say to her :P

I almost like the thought of using Ansy, or even Antsy! :P Not sure why, but it just sounds so cutey like! <3

I love the idea of Annie as a nn. :D

Ainsley is a surname meaning "Anne's field".

So it only seems fitting!

Eeep!
I love the name Annie, so it would be perfect. :D
Especially if I can make a connection to the name!

Thanks Elle. :P

And Hads, I do quite like Ain{e}!
Though, isn't Aine a name also?
Prn like Anya?

I'm sure I heard that somewhere.. ♥
