Honestly, I've never heard Percy on a girl before, but it's okay. I like Eliza best as a name but since Percy ends in the "ee" sound, Eliza sounds odd as a MN for it. I voted for Percy Ophelia, but Percy Lorraine flows nicely too.

YES! I adore Percy as a name for a little girl! I heard it at work about a year ago and ever since my friend and I have both loved it joking that we're in a race to see who can have a baby girl first to use the name
I voted for Percy Ophelia because I think that she needs a flowery feminine middle name to balance out Percy.

I'm not the biggest fan of Percy, simply because it makes me think of "Percy Pig".
However, my brother has the middle name Percy.. so I'm sure I can see it on a girl. Though it's quite feminine!
