Hey
So I really like the name Harmony for a girl, but it's kind of long. We came up with Nya as a nickname (Nee-uh, like Mia but with a N) and wanted to know what people's thoughts were on it? Does it sound nice to others or not? Also, do you prefer the spelling Nya or Nia? We wanted to use the Nya spelling as it uses the Ny from Harmony but are worried it might make people confused about the pronunciation.

I think so.  I mean they may think she is Harmonia but that's easily corrected.

others might work too: Honey, Monie, Romy, Mona, Army, Amy, Harmon, Armony, Harri, Narnie.
