Naming 3 children was difficult! Making sure that all of their names were equally thought out and pondered on many times. With the anticipated arrival of our 4th child we've decided to only bring 2 names for each gender to the hospital with us. To add to the waiting game we've decided to NOT know the gender until birth!

So here goes nothing.

If we have another prince joining us his name will be full of "hippie" qualities with a dash of country charm. The middle name will be Benjamin and is for sure staying! :)

Knox Benjamin OR Amos Benjamin

For a little princess we have two names that I've been dying to use! Stella has always been on my list and I adore it so much that it hurts; Arielle is reflecting my inner Disney nerd. I spell it different for 2 reasons: 1) I don't particularly like Ariel and 2) It was a compromise with the hubby. Middle name will vary but the ones we're indecisive on is Maeve and Quinn.

Arielle Maeve/Quinn OR Stella Maeve/Quinn

So which would YOU prefer? :)

I prefer Amos Benjamin and Stella Maeve as well. Knox just isn't my style and though Quinn is cute as a middle I like Maeve better. I'm not a fan of Arielle.

Based on your other children's names, I like Knox Benjamin and Stella Maeve. :)

I love Knox Benjamin and Stella Maeve! I love how they fit with your sibset. Just a suggestion, but how about Arielle Margaux/Stella Margaux?

Amos Benjamin and Stella Maeve. I don't like Knox; it brings to mind, for me, things like "knockers" and "knocked up."

I am having a hard time choosing with the boys. I think I slightly prefer the pairing of Knox Benjamin, simply for the juxtaposition of a one-syllable name next to a three-syllable name.

For the girls: If I saw "Arielle" spelled that way, I would assume it was pronounced R-E-L, not "Airy-L" like the Disney mermaid. The two Arielles I've met pronounced it the first way.

Stella is very cute and has blossomed in popularity. It goes quite nicely with Vivienne. As far as the middles go: I prefer the sound of Stella Quinn, but Maeve is super pretty, too. I think the "ah" ending of Stella going into the "ae" of Maeve is throwing my ears off a bit. :)

What perplexes me most is the fact Sebastian calls for her as R-E-L! Either way, Ariel/Arielle is beautiful but maybe changing it to Aurora? We've gotten so much negative feedback from people about Ariel. Stella on the other hand is for sure staying. :)

I feel so conflicted, because I love the name Maeve, but I think Quinn actually works better with both those names!

I really like the name Arielle, but I agree that I would pronounce it Ari-elle, not Air-ee-el.  Aurora is another lovely princessy option! I do think Ariel is a lovely name, but if you're gonna pronounce it like that, you would be best off spelling it like that too! But I still think Arielle is lovely as a variation of it :)
