Initials for Holly Elise would he HEF, not sure if this would be an issue or not.

I like Holly Sienna the best. I think it has the nicest flow out of the four choices but I really do like them all. HEF are not the best initials. I'd probably avoid it.

My 2 faves are Holly Elise and Holly Sienna 

 

and regard to the H.E.F maybe Trty to spell it Aleyce , Alise or Alese so its not an E middle
