Hey all,

My wife and I seem at a loss right now with names for our daughter. The only thing we know is that the middle name will be Kimberly, after my sister who passed six years ago. I really like the idea of naming her somewhat after a family member, either by making a male name female or combining our parents' names (Joan, Anthony, Elaine, Lily and Alan). Yes, I know that's 5 parents, but there's no need to get into that.

Anyway, here's some of names I've come up with:

Jaela (first initial of all 5 parents)
Janelle (both of my grandparents are named Jane and contains at least two letters of each parent's name)
Joelly (Joan, Elaine, Lily)
Alana or Alannah (for Alan)
Antoinette or Tonya (for Anthony)

What say ye?

Looove that your honoring your sister

Alana Kimberly is gorgeous!!
Though Jaela is my pick, if you insist on using all parent names in the one go!!

Hmm.

You could get Lea from using three of the first initials and then you've got another A and J left..
Maybe Ella-Jane [Kimberly]? You'd be using all of the letters [and adding a few extra].
