Since becoming a parent, you've rethought your career. Part of you would love to stay home with your child and future children, but the other part of you loves what you do. 

 

If you choose to stay home, you leave your job and become a full-time stay-at-home parent. However, going down to one income was tough so your DH fought for a promotion (or a pay raise) and got one. (See below)

2 years into college at UM, you begin getting serious with a guy you've been dating since you hit it off on the dance floor at a party.
After years of working hard, it's finally time for graduation for both you and your boyfriend.

Now that you have graduated, you are ready to get to work.

My name is Kirana Samantha Stevens. I have red hair and blue eyes. When I started college I met a guy in my class. He was really cute, with blonde hair and sky blue eyes. We were partnered together for a project and we started dating. His name was Matthew Lee Prescott. I love how reliable he is, and he seems to love how sweet I am. Four years later, we finally graduate from Yale. I majored in criminal justice, and Matthew majored in molecular biology.

 

 

After graduating, Matthew gets a job in Toronto, Ontario, Canada as a veterinarian at the zoo. So, we move! We get a one bedroom apartment, and I start looking for jobs. After 6 months, I get one as a police officer.

 

We decide to go with my friends to an Imagine Dragons concert. We bring my friends Julia Chloe, Hope Celestia, Margaret Aurora, Clara Jasmine and Linus Nelson. I wear outfit 1. On Christmas Eve we go to see my family, at dinner, Matthew proposes to me! I'm wearing my Christmas outfit and he hands me ring 2 (roll 2).

 

Matthew and I get married on April 26. We sent out rustic invitations and decorated our gazebo with our colors, fuschia, hot pink, blue and orange. I choose peonie flowers as my flowers. We choose gold rings. I wear a bun with bangs, and a light pink flower crown. I wear a form fitting lace dress and high sandals. Matthew has a traditional tux with a bowtie. My bridesmaids are my younger sister Arabella Alise, and my friends Julia Chloe, Hope Celestia, Clara Jasmine and Margaret Aurora. They all wear beautiful orange strapless dresses. Matthew’s groomsmen are his older brother Martin Daniel, and his youngest brother Greyson Patrick. He also has my friend Linus Nelson, and his own friends Luke Ryder and Blaise Dallas. My matron of honor is my twin sister Selena Kate, and his Best man is his brother Gregory Howard. The ring bearer is Matthew’s brother Martin’s three year old son Danny. He wears a cute ensemble with suspenders. The flower girl is Danny’s five year old sister Natalie Rose, she is decked out in ruffles. We have a buffet and a red velvet cake. We have a DJ for entertainment. Our first dance is “I Can’t Help Falling in Love” by Elvis. We go to the Bahamas for a honeymoon.

 

I found out I was pregnant with a baby boy after our honeymoon, so we rushed to find a house. We found the perfect fit with house number 2 (a very trendy modern house in a nice neighborhood). We fix it up with a transitional living room, cottage kitchen, floral guest bedroom, fireplace reading nook, and a classic laundry room. After a while we realized there was still more to design! Ah! A chevron guest bedroom is my favorite touch to the house, and then Matthew picks a blue and yellow one, the other one is paisley. We build a game room and then on to our personal rooms. Our guest bedroom is French country themed and our room is industrial styled. The next room to design is the nursery. For our son we chose a Disney’s Cars themed nursery covered in Maters and Lightning McQueens. On January 23, our beautiful son comes. We name him Cleve Austin, he has red hair and sky blue eyes.

 

After having Cleve I really needed to rethink what I was doing career wise. After briefly returning, I decided to become a stay at home mom. This meant that Matthew decided to open his own veterinary clinic to help money wise. Before we know it, Cleve is turning one! We planned a winter wonderland themed first birthday for him. We all get outfits to fit the theme, Matthew wears a white shirt and pale blue pants with suspenders, dress shoes and a snowflake tie. I wear a blue ruffled blouse, sparkly heels, a necklace, blue earrings and a sparkly sweater. For Cleve I found an adorable long sleeved onesie with sparkly suspenders and a fake tie and one on it. After the party, we decide it’s time for a pet. We get a beautiful arabian horse who we name Comet.

In their third year of college, Katelyn and Jason met at a party and the two hit it off on the dance floor. Katelyn likes how friendly Jason is, and Jason likes how educated Katelyn is. The two are graduating from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Katelyn is getting her B.S. in Neuroscience, and Jason is getting his B.S. in Public Health. It takes 6 months for Katelyn to get a career in her chosen field, while it takes Jason over a year. Katelyn takes a job as a Genetic Counselor and Jason takes a job as an Industrial Hygienist. They decide to stay in their hometown of Baltimore and move in to a 1 bedroom apartment together. A year after moving in the apartment, Katelyn and Jason take a vacation to Santorini, Greece in June. They stay in a quite eccentric (but beautiful) hotel. They go on a Catamaran Cruise and to a Winery. After coming back, they realize their apartment is quite empty and get a female betta fish named Angel.

 

Katelyn and Jason go to a concert with his brothers Jesse Daniel {29}, Garrett Ryan {27}, and Gavin Patrick {22}. They all have brown hair. Jesse and Garrett have blue eyes, while Gavin has green. They go see Florida Georgia Line. Katelyn picks out a really cute outfit for the event. On New Year's Eve, Katelyn and Jason go to a movie theater where they see an unusual trailer, and it turns out it's about them. At the end of it, Jason proposes. Katelyn was wearing this, and Jason wore this. Jason proposes with a quite expensive ring.

 

Katelyn and Jason get married on December 6th. They go with a red and grey theme. They choose a restaurant as their venue. They go for elegant invitations. They pick some beautiful hydrangeas. Their wedding set. Katelyn wears her hair up in a bun with a bow. After their vacation in Greece, Katelyn really wanted her dress to be Goddess style. Katelyn decides to wear sandals instead of heels. Jason wears a Cummerbund Tux. The bridesmaids wear silk dresses. The groomsmen wear bow tie tuxes.

Katelyn and Jason decide to have BBQ and a Coconut Cream cake. They have a live band. Their first dance song is I Could Not Ask For More by Edwin McCain. For their honeymoon, they go to Alaska.

 

Katelyn and Jason were looking to buy a house after the honeymoon, but are now putting a rush on it because they find out they are expecting a baby boy. They buy a house in a suburban area. Their living room was renovated to be more modern. Their kitchen has a nice coastal feel to it. Their guest bathroom has a floral theme. They have a nice reading nook in their hallway by the window. They have a cozy country laundry room that fits perfectly with the house style. They have three guest bedrooms to be converted into their kids' rooms: retro, black & white, and airplane. They were also able to get a movie theater in their house. Katelyn and Jason's bathroom and bedroom are both traditional -bathroom and bedroom. Their son's nursery will be nautical themed. Their baby boy is born on August 30th. His name is Caleb Brandon. He has blonde hair and blue eyes. 

 

Since becoming a mom, Katelyn has rethought her career. She decides to go back after her maternity leave and everyone is thrilled to have her back. She even gets a pay raise. The year flies by and before Katelyn and Jason know it, their son turns 1! They throw him a BBQ themed party. They dress their little boy up in a onesie that makes him look like a boss (no, literally). He is so handsome. Katelyn goes nautical themed and wears a shirt fit for a sailor and bunch of reds (her outfit). Katelyn and Jason decide to add another fish - a male Tiger Oscar named Poseidon.

Going back to work after having Nora was hard for me... one the one hand, I wanted to be home with her all the time, but on the other hand, I missed working as a veterans counselor.  I decided to go back to work, and my boss was so happy that he gave me a raise.

 

Before we knew it, Nora's first birthday approached!  We threw her a pink, gold, and Minnie Mouse-themed birthday party, and even found an outfit for her that matched the theme!  I wore pink and gold to match the theme, as did Andrew.

 

Now that Nora was one, we decided to adopt another pet!  We brought home a male painted turtle we named Scooter.
