RIIIIIGHT.
-gets excited-
This is going to be so much fun!

Caleb Thomas, Nathaniel Joshua, Liam Alexander, Ryan Lucas - Love these combos. Very traditional -if you like that- and just so very handsome. I usually do a traditional or "common" name paired with something a little more "out there". But it all depends on what you like.

Noah Declan, Connor Finley, Rhys Matteo - These are a little more interesting. You paired the common first names with something a little different. Love Declan, Finley and Matteo! These are all great combos. Personally I'd have either Reece Matteo or Rhys Matthew. Interesting mix of Irish and Italian you have there, though. As for Noah Declan and Connor Finley... we sure do like these Irish names, don't we? ♥ I really like these combos.

Ethan Brodie - I would personally spell it Brody, but it's cute. Is that another Irish name, I see? I dislike that they both have the same syllables though. It's a very 90's name, isn't it? Not that it's a bad thing, ofc! :]

Riley Oliver - Again with the Irish! :) I really like this combo, though the recurring "R" and "Lee" sounds in both names bother me a little. But just a TAD!

Jake Nicholas - Reminds me of Jack Nicholson... the "ck" sounds mesh together too, but it's a nice combo, I like how it looks.

Cody Bennett - I love Bennett {Beckett is more my style nowadays though!}. As for Cody, it's cute but NMS. The flow is okay on this one, but I would personally do Jack Bennett, Chase Bennett or Ethan Bennett.

Chase Tyler - Too very trendy names at the moment, I wouldn't pair them together, myself... but it's cute.

Now let the random name suggesting begin! :) :-

MY FAVORITES "KEEPERS" ->

Ethan Brodie - Ethan to me is strong & classic but it isn't one that is overused. I like that you "freshened" it up by pairing it with the more modern/trendy Brodie (I actually adore this spelling). The flow overall is great, as long as you don't use it with a two syllable last name.

Cody Bennett - Cody has the same sort of feel to me as Ethan. It is youthful without being juvenile and it has a strong country feel that I love. I agree with Yas that Becket is more "in style" but I personally dislike Becket. Being a huge Pride and Prejudice fan, Bennett holds a specially place in my heart but that isn't the only reason I like the name. Bennett takes the classic and super cute Benjamin and adds a stylish -ett ending (think Elliott, Charlotte & Violet). I'd make a strong case for upgrading it to a first name spot but I do adore this combination. :)

DON'T WRITE THESE OFF JUST YET ->

Riley Oliver - While I really adore both these names, I'm going to agree with Yasmine that they just don't work together. Both the R sound and LEE is repeated creating RiLEE oLEEveR.

Noah Declan - Love Noah, Dislike Declan.

Liam Alexander - Liam is a great name, and Alexander goes great with it. But I have to agree, it is a bit boring.

Rhys Matteo - I think Rhys is a very stylish choice at the moment. I just prefer it more in the middle name spot.

Ryan Lucas - I ADORE Lucas as a first name, with or without the nn Luke. I also think it goes great with the other names on your list. Ryan, however, can go.

Caleb Thomas - I'm not a fan of Caleb. But Thomas is a great, underused classic that I think is adorable in the first or middle name spot.

BACK TO THE CHALKBOARD ->
[So I've made my arguments for the names I think you should keep..Now I'll suggest new names that I think you will like that can add some spice to your name combinations]

Owen/Rowen -> updated Ryan
Reid -> Rhys with a bit more substance
Conroy -> a Country-fied Connor
Cormac -> Connor meets Declan
Casper -> Chase meets Tyler
Tobin -> Thomas meets Cody meets Bennett!
Bryce/Bryson -> Bennett meets Rhys
Thackery -> Nathaniel meets Finley

I sort of see your style as modern cowboy/western, so taking that one more step further. The following names I think fit right in the old west, some have a modern feel, others are ripe for renewal ->

Shia (as in LaBeouf)
Asher
Jasper
Blane
Leslie
Cary
Casey
Cassidy
Julian
Callum
Graham
Aiden
Travis
Shane
Colton
Cooper
Gavin
Kerwin
Wyatt
Wiley/Wylie

Hope I helped!

Caleb Thomas - Love Thomas. So classic and masculine. Think I'd prefer it as a first name. Caleb has never been for me.
Ethan Brodie - the 'ie' ending seems a little feminine to me for some reason. I'm just a lot more used to Brody. Neither name sparkes for me.
Nathaniel Joshua 'Nate' - aww, love both names. Good sound, though a little long.
Ryan Lucas - Glad to see Lucas in the middle name spot. Sounds good. Ryan is a bit boring to me.
Jake Nicholas - does remind me of Jack Nicholson. :[
Liam Alexander - great sound. Neither name is for me, but I really like it.
Riley Oliver - Somehow the beginning and ending with R is tripping me up. Like the name Oliver, though Riley isn't for me.
Noah Declan - Declan was ruined by a character I won't mention. The begin/end with N is bothering me here, too.
Rhys Matteo - sparkly name, the sparkliest on your list I think.
Cody Bennett - name of the kid from Dexter, no wonder it's familiar. Eh, I like Bennett as a first name because Ben is one of my favorite nicknames. Fine sounding combo.
Connor Finley - Lot of strong N sounds here.
Chase Tyler - Chase is very nms.

I don't think it's that boring. Seems about even with classics and slightly trendier names. I would keep: Nathaniel, Joshua, Nicholas, Oliver, Matteo, Rhys, and Bennett.

Do you want completely random? I'm terrible at that. I just don't have enough names to recommend. Better to tailer, sorry /o.o\

Nathaniel Rhys - you gets some very different sounds and Rhys is soft/foreign to complement Nathaniel's classic charm.

Bennett Arthur - again, I like to balance a slightly trendy name with a classic. Here, Bennett has the hard/solid sounds and Arthur is the softer component.

Matteo Clark - Matteo has rhythm going for it. And some cool/classic nicknames. Am I the only one in love with Clark as a middle? I never see it and I think it sounds really wholesome and handsome. Simplicity works well with a name that might get confused with others (Matthew! Matthias!).

George Oliver - too much O? Idk, I think it sounds stately. George may sound a bit boring, but I never hear people suggest it and I see nothing wrong with it.

Edwin Joshua - I think Edwin also be just me. -_________- It's short, easy to say and the only -maybe- downside is Ed as a nickname. For the record, I really like the flow of this one.
