My due date is approaching fast, and I know that twins tend to come a little early, so I really want to pick their names out already. One of the names is definitely going to be Emilia, but we need to find another girls name that we love just as much as we love the name Emilia. My hubby wants another name that starts with the letter "E" so that they match, but I don't want the names to be too matchy. We want a name that starts with E, but has a different sound than Emilia. Please help!

I think starting with the same letter, and having the same amount of letters, but a different ending sound makes for a twinsy name that doesn't feel too twinsy. Names such as: Eileen, Elaine, Eirene/Eireen, Evelyn/Evaline/Evalyn.
If you'd like to go with the same ending sound, but not too twinsy, I'd suggest: Eudora (very uncommon), Elissa, Estela, Evelia.
