Me and my husband have decided on Emerson as a name because that's what my 3 year old daughter Ainsley suggested. We are having trouble with a first name. We have decided between Audrey Emerson and Makenna Emerson. Any other suggestions. If it helps the last name is Baker.

Audrey Emerson flows better, but overall I prefer Makenna Emerson. It is not so similar to Ainsley (like Audrey is) and it is less common.

Personally, I would go with Audrey...... But it's so close to Ainsley - and the matching names thing is confusing sometimes.
This is just my opinion, but for me, Makenna Emerson doesn't flow very well.

I prefer Piper Emerson, from the above suggestions. It's cute, but it'll grow with her also.

I love the name Makenna but agree that it doesn't flow well with Emerson. Two 3 sylable names together can be a mouth full.

Have you considered using Emerson as a fn?

I love the names Saige and Jade

Emerson Saige

Emerson Jade

Saige Emerson

Jade Emerson

I like short names better if being paired with long names just my opinion :)
