Lately I've been crushing on Veronica for girls. I'd probably use it as a middle name, maybe Fable Veronica? idk. I was wondering everyone's thoughts on it, is it too pretentious/preppy/mean girl? Or maybe too mom like? I'd also love combo suggestions!

 

--To get an idea of my naming style, I like a wide range of names, but specifically [though certainly not limited to] uncommon word names, "edgy" names, and classic names. I love: Scout, Fable, Reverie, Naomi, Salome, Temperance, Isabella, Lark, Evangeline, Selah, Mercy, Nora, Boheme...--

I'm not a huge fan of Veronica, but the nn Ronnie is cute. Fable Veronica is nice, how about Veronica Scout, Lark Veronica, Veronica Mercy, Veronica Naomi Lark, Boheme Veronica, or Veronica Reverie.

Veronica is alright. My sister is friends with one and she sounds nice enough, so I think of a nice high school student lol. It fits great with Fable I think.

I'm not a fan of Veronica or the nn Ronnie. It seems a little aged to me, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. There probably aren't too many little Veronicas around, but it's an easily recognizable name.

Fable is adorable (a guilty pleasure of mine) and Fable Veronica sounds nice. I think it flows a bit better as Veronica Fable.

Initially, I would say I didn't like Veronica, but I think it's okay. I think Veronica Mercy Lark would be really pretty. Aside from Ronnie, another nickname option is Nica (sort of like Nico). I'm eh on Fable but I do like it on boys and more as a GP than anything, but I could see Fable Veronica as two middles with another name in front.
