Several years ago I read a book that had a young boy toddler named Constantine who was extremely smart and very nice. Ever since then I have fallen deeper in love with the name but I have received a lot of criticism about that name. Some say its too long for a young child to learn, others say they will get bullied for such a different name. Well since I will be the mom I am more focused on my beliefs over theirs but I compromised in a way. I decided that I would make it up to my future son what he wanted to be called as he ages. Constantine will be his first name but I was thinking of giving him a short J middle name and if he so chooses he can go by CJ.

So the options I have thought of are:

Constantine James

Constantine Jared

Constantine Jace

Constantine Joseph

What do you all think? :) All comments welcome!

I've always liked the name Jace, but James would also sound nice. However I wouldn't even necessarily confine yourself to J's. If he dislikes Constantine as he grows older he can go by his middle name. Just pick two names you love!

Constantine Elliot

Constantine Nikolai

Constantine Alexei/Alexander
